The art
of agility

Don't Do Agile, be agile

Not so grand without the capitals, but more real

Did someone try to make you scale your agility? Sounds ridiculous when you think about it, doesn't it?

Did someone try and sell you a product that can make you more like Google or Amazon or Netflix or Toyota or ... ? Well, I'm certain that none of them used that product to get there.

Don't play it 'safe', embrace agile principles and lean practices.

The art of agility starts with flow

If you have ever felt completely absorbed in something, you might have been experiencing a mental state that psychologists refer to as flow. Achieving this state can help people feel greater enjoyment, energy, and involvement.

Imagine for a moment that you are at work. Your attention is focused on the task at hand, your thoughts and words, the people around you, your breathing and your progress. You are living in the moment, utterly absorbed in the present activity. Time seems to fall away. You have found the state of flow.

For waterfall lovers

Dynamic, unstoppable, adaptable, natural; the magnificence of nature!

How did business agility become associated with trains? I'm amazed. Now, I do like real trains, but business trains?

In stealing and rebranding, various exponents (you know who you are) have confused the best practices applicable to production lines and tried to carry across an inappropriate metaphor to business change and software development. Trains are powerful but linear, inflexible, and often late!

Waterfalls are are what we need, not train tracks!

Work like flowing water
The moments carry you forward
Unstoppable to your goal
